Systematic Services offers 24-hour dictation services that are as convenient as making a phone call. It can be done from any location via telephone, portable or PC.

How 24-Hour Dictation works...

  • By Telephone

    1. Clients call the transcribing number: (205)795-3006, enter the assigned ID#, and follow the prompts to record
    2. Once complete the dictation is sent to WinScribe Server.
    3. The assistant will download from the server onto her PC where she transcribes
    4. The documents are made available to the client via their chosen format

  • By Portable

    1. Client records documents onto a handheld recorder
    2. The assistant then takes the recorder and imports the data and sends the job to the WinScribe Server
    3. The assistant then transcribes the documents
    4. The documents are made available to the client via their chosen format

  • By WinScribe Importer

    1. Software can be installed on an PC with internet access
    2. The client records their documents into the Portable
    3. The Importer is then plugged into the Portable and sent to our WinScribe Server
    4. The assistent retrieves the job and transcribes
    5. The documents are made available to the client via their chosen format

Your transcribed documents can be received through one of three options:

  • Option 1
    Pick Up Documents- Your documents will be available to pick up from our offices that are conveniently located at Mountain Brook Office Park

  • Option 2
    Saved to Disk- We will save your documents to disk or CD in a format compatible with your software. Then you can drop by and pick up your disk from our offices.

  • Option 3
    Email or Fax - Have your completed documents sent via email or fax directly to your computer.
