Systematic Services offers 24-hour dictation services that are as convenient as making a phone call. It can be done from any location via telephone, portable or PC.
How 24-Hour Dictation works...
Your transcribed documents can be received through one of three options:
Option 1
- Pick Up Documents- Your documents will be available to pick up from our offices that are conveniently located at Mountain Brook Office Park
Option 2
- Saved to Disk- We will save your documents to disk or CD in a format compatible with your software. Then you can drop by and pick up your disk from our offices.
Option 3
- Email or Fax - Have your completed documents sent via email or fax directly to your computer.
